Get 4,000 pictures digitized for as low as $40. We do not mail you a box to fill up. You will send in your photos in any size box you would like. Upon completion, total order amount will be calculated and charged based on number of photos, optional services and selected return shipping option, minus the initial minimum service fee. Minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping. Once any of our online services have been ordered, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds. Any coupons, vouchers, promo codes or other discounts are not valid with this offer.

Express Scanning - Front of the Line Pass
+6¢ per scan
Add the Express Scanning service that treats you to special privileges and custom services throughout the scanning process so your order is professionally scanned as the next order in line regardless of when it arrived. Otherwise, your order will be processed shipped out when completed, typically within 3 to 6 weeks of receipt. Adds 5¢ per scan. (Final completion time based on size of order.)

Scanning in Order
+9¢ per scan
Most popular add-on. If you need your photos to be scanned in a specific order, you must order the 'Scan in Order' service. Ordering the 'Scanning in Order' service will let the scanning technician know that you need to have your photos scanned in the order you have specified. NOTE: We will attempt our best to keep your photos in the same order for return shipping but this is not guaranteed. This service is only for scanning your photos in the specified order.
Fix & Restore
+9¢ per scan
Helps make old photos look new Most people won't get the most out of their digital images due to the amount of time needed to correct thousands of photos and their lack of experience color correcting digital images. We offer to do the work for you and bring out your image's true nature using a computerized image correction process. Old photos will be brought back to life. New photos will look better than you thought they could. (Does not remove dirt or scratches from photos)
Image Rotation
+10¢ per scan
Additional +8¢ per scan. Charge is for all photos scanned, not just photos that need rotating as we have to go through all files to find the images that need to be rotated upright upon completion of scanning.
Dual Side Scanning
+10¢ per scan
Scan both the front and back side of every photo scanned.
Photo Index Book & Image Rotation
+15¢ per scan
Order a Photo Index Book for 15¢ per photo scanned. Pages are double sided and bound in a hard cover book with 25 images per 8½'' x 11'' page. Image rotation is NOT included with an order of the Photo Index Book from photos scanned. Additional copies of the same book are $69.95 per 1,000 scans. (Example 1,700 negative frames = $191.00 for the first book, $139.90 for each additional duplicate book) Price only valid for online ordering. Not valid in-store pricing.
DVDs

Have your scanned photos also saved to DVD for $9.95 per DVD.
Thumb Drive
+$19.95 per 3,000 photos
Have your images saved to an 8GB thumb drive in addition to the standard DVD.
Delivery Signature Confirmation
+ $16.95
Signature confirmation service is HIGHLY recommended to ensure delivery of your photos back to you and only you. Otherwise the USPS carrier may just leave your box on your porch/mailbox leaving it susceptible to weather or theft.

Use our Pay-per-Scan option for the fastest standard turnaround time.  Most orders are completed within a few weeks; express same-day scanning is available as an add-on.

If you only have a few photos that you need scanned, our flexible Pay-Per-Scan service allows you to send us as few or as many photos as you’d like.

If you have lots of photos, scanning only cost 1¢ per photo for 72 dpi with a limit of 10,000 photos (note that there is a $40 minimum per order, not including S&H). If you’d prefer 150 dpi, it is 4¢ more, 300 dpi, it is 7¢ more, or 600 dpi, it is just 9¢ more per scan. We accept photos that range in size from 3x3” to 8.10” and we can scan photos in a specific order for an additional cost.

Before you mail your photos to us, please read our guidelines for how to prepare your photos for scanning. 

All work is completed onsite at our Irvine, CA corporate headquarters, and handled with the greatest of care by trained professionals. You’ll have your photos back within a few short weeks.

How it works

  • Place your order today and you will be charged our minimum scanning fee of $40 as a deposit which will be credited back to you once the order is complete (if applicable). Minimum fee is for scanning and additional scanning options. It does not include return shipping.
  • Pack up your photos as detailed in the organizing and packing instructions. It is highly recommended that you use a brand new box for shipping.
  • Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your photos so we can match up your order to our system. If not included, it may cause delays as we try to figure out who the shipment belongs to. This step is ABSOLUTELY necessary when the return address on the shipment does not match our customer records, as when shipped from a UPS store, for example.
  • Once received, we will contact you notifying you of its arrival.
  • Upon completion, your credit card will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and any overage beyond the $40 minimum scanning fee.
  • Due to swift changes in technology, your shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If shipped after, the pricing for our services on the day it is postmarked will be in effect.
